If you are a natural person, we process the following personal data about you:

  • Company
  • City
  • E-mail address

The above personal data is intended for contacting you and sending business offers or other information about products and services.

We process your personal data for the purposes of contacting you and for the duration of a specific demand and tender procedure. The administrator of personal data is the Karel Kaňák s.r.o. company or Kaňák Revestr s.r.o. company.

The processing companies include Karel Kaňák s.r.o., Kaňák Revestr s.r.o., or other companies providing management of systems InMedias a.s., Comimpex s.r.o., DataSpring s.r.o.

Personal data are processed in written or electronic form; in both of those forms they are secured by access rights and password-protected or locked.

The recipients of personal data are the sales manager, departmental managers and the IT technician.

By submitting your request for contact, you agree to processing of your personal data contained in these documents.

I am aware that this consent to the processing of data is voluntary and I am entitled to revoke it at any time. Withdrawal of consent must be made in writing.

I acknowledge that after the end of the tender or after the expiration of the specified period, my personal data will be deleted from the company database of those interested in contact.
